Case Study: Additions and Patios I

The Brief

This remodeling job consisted of building an arizona room addition and adding a patio roof cover to the existing patio. These changes improved the overall look in the back of the home.

Our Solution

We began this project by building an addition onto the back of the home. The arizona room is complete with walk in closet and sliding glass patio doors leading out to the new back patio.

The existing patio was rebuilt by adding a new roof system, stucco, paint and a few new patio ceiling fans.

The addition and new patio provided the changes the homeowners requested. Therefore, resulting in a whole new backyard.
