Case Study: Major Remodel IV
The Brief
The main objective of this whole house remodel was to build an addition, widen the driveway, replace the roof, and update the exterior look of the home.
Our Solution
To build the addition the existing pergola had to be removed and walls built to create the new extension of the home. Between the addition and the garage, just enough room was left for a neatly enclosed front patio courtyard.
For the garage, a new door and frame with bumpouts were installed and the driveway widened on each side.
The whole roof was replaced with a flat concrete tile.
To update the exterior look the house was painted, stuccoed and a ledgestone low perimeter block wall was installed around the entire house.
